Why should You choose Abhyas
Helping individuals navigate transitions with confidence and community at every step.
Emotional Regulation & Wellbeing Programmes
Emotional Regulation & Wellbeing – Helping Communities Heal and Thrive
Abhyas offers trauma‑informed emotional regulation workshops, nervous‑system literacy training, and wellbeing programmes rooted in awareness, breathwork, and embodied presence. These programmes help individuals reduce stress, improve mental health, and build resilience. Delivered in collaboration with UEL’s Royal Docks Centre for Sustainability and community partners, our wellbeing programmes support young people, families, students, and vulnerable groups across East London and regionally.
Nutrition Kitchen Initiatives
Nutrition Kitchen Initiatives – Ending Hunger Through Education & Community Support
We deliver weekly community cooking and nutrition‑education sessions through our collaboration with UEL’s Neighbourhood Health Hub (NHH) and the Royal Docks Centre for Sustainability (RDCS). These sessions support families facing hardship, individuals experiencing food insecurity, homeless residents, elderly community members, and young people seeking healthier, low‑cost cooking skills. Our mission is simple: end hunger, improve health, and strengthen community resilience – one meal at a time.
Community Health & SDG17 Partnerships
Community Health & SDG17 Partnerships, Multi‑Stakeholder Collaboration for Social Impact
Abhyas builds Public‑Private‑People Partnerships (SDG17) that unite universities, councils, charities, businesses, and community groups to deliver measurable social value.
Our work aligns with NHS preventative health priorities, WHO wellbeing frameworks, and UK government strategies to reduce pressure on the healthcare system.
We collaborate with the Royal Docks Centre for Sustainability, Neighbourhood Health Hub, Neighbourly, and local councils to create sustainable, community‑driven health solutions.
